Indigenous Business Student Bursaries

Annually ACU awards four bursaries of $2,000 to students of Indigenous Ancestry who are enrolled in a post-secondary business program or are already studying in a business program at a post-secondary institution in Manitoba.

When can I apply for a Bursary?

Applications for Indigenous Business Student Bursaries are accepted annually from September 30 to the January 30 deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline are not accepted or considered.

What are the requirements?

  • Individuals applying must be of Indigenous ancestry
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary business program or are already studying in a business program
  • Studying in Manitoba
  • A minimum of three courses
  • Academic performance
  • Financial need
  • Community involvement

When are successful applicants notified?

Bursaries for students studying in a post-secondary business program are awarded by April 2021.
