Setting up recurring payments and Transfers
Setup is easy. The “recurring” part is included in both the Transfers and Payments tabs.

For Recurring Payments, you just
∙ select Payments on the top menu,
∙ choose the Schedule Recurring Payment tab,
∙ select the account, the payee, and the amount,
∙ set the start date, payment frequency, and end date,
∙ and click Schedule and Confirm.

Recurring Payments will appear on your Summary of Accounts, where you also have the option of deleting the recurring payment.

For Recurring Transfers, you just
∙ select Transfers on the top menu,
∙ choose the account and the amount,
∙ select Recurring Transfer,
∙ select the transfer to account,
∙ set the start date, frequency, and end date,
∙ and click Confirm to see the receipt of your recurring transfer.

Recurring Transfers will appear on your Summary of Accounts and under the Scheduled Transfers tab, where you also have the option of deleting the recurring transfer.

A few things to remember:

  • If you have an existing ACU loan or mortgage
You may have noticed that the payment has been viewable under Scheduled Payments. This payment no longer shows up because of the new Scheduled Payments functionality. Be assured that your loan and regular scheduled payments haven't changed.
  • If you are selecting an end date for a recurring transfer or payment
Ensure that you have selected the correct year as the system defaults to one year from the date the transaction was created. The end date for the transaction on the Account Summary will show as one day beyond the end date you selected. This is necessary for the banking system to operate correctly, and will not result in an additional, unwanted payment.
  • If you have an existing transfer set up to an account in which you do not have a role
You will no longer be able to see these transfers as a result of the new functionality.
