ACU partners with the Jubilee Fund to provide access to credit for business, community, and housing projects that do not qualify for traditional financing. The Jubilee Fund provides the loan guarantee and ACU provides the credit. Jubilee Fund projects must meet the investment criteria of the Jubilee Fund.

ACU employees also contribute financial and community economic development expertise to support the ongoing development, design and operation of the Jubilee Fund.
