April, 2011 – Assiniboine Credit Union has won a Telly Award for its “Good Things Happen Here” television commercial. The Telly is an international award honouring the best in television advertising and programming from among more than 11,000 entries worldwide. The 30-second spot was created by Fusion Communications Group and was produced by Frantic Films.

The ACU video emphasizes how we’ve been inspired by our members to be a different kind of financial institution – one that’s committed to more than the financial bottom line. Near the end of the 30-second spot, the video emphasizes, both visually and with words, how ACU's values make a difference: “Along the way, we’ve helped many good things happen, like people succeeding, communities thriving, and our planet being respected.”
