Our Compensation Philosophy

ACU’s policy is to adequately and fairly compensate employees for the contributions they make to ACU, and to reinforce performance that aligns with ACU’s mission and values.

It is ACU’s practice to:

  • Pay equally for work of equal value
  • Ensure that compensation reflects a reasonable standard of living
  • Maintain a reasonable range from the lowest to the highest compensated full time position
  • Structure any incentive compensation so that it rewards employees for acting in ACU’s and the members’ best interests rather than for their own personal gain
