Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Assiniboine Credit Union will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013 to:
1. transact the annual business of Assiniboine Credit Union, namely, to:

(a) receive and consider the Board of Directors report, President and CEO's report and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 and the report of the auditor thereon; |
| |
(b) announce the results of the election of four (4) directors to the Board of Directors; |
| |
(c) appoint the auditor; and
|
2. transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Indoor parking is available at the Winnipeg Convention Centre. Street parking is also available around the Convention Centre.
